Keystone Solutions is seeking a Tribe Scrum Master for client-site consultancy, representing Keystone Solutions and applying agile practices to deliver valuable digital products.

You will coordinate with the Delivery Manager, Product Owners, and squads, ensuring a smooth flow between business and IT, and driving continuous improvement. 50% on-site, 50% homeworking, in a regulated financial context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Scrum Master or agile delivery.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, etc.) is required.
• Proficient in agile reporting and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with end-to-end delivery workflow (ideation to deployment).
• Knowledge of Change/Release Management is a plus.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments (GDPR, banking).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage conflicts of interest and promote agile at tribe level.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrate delivery of digital products within the MyConsumption tribe, coordinating with Delivery Manager and multiple partners.
• Act as central catalyst for smooth flow between business and IT teams across squads.
• Report to IT Tribe Lead and collaborate with Product Owners and Business Tribe Lead.
• Facilitate communication, coordination, and cooperation among stakeholders.
• Assist the tribe in achieving goals by ensuring a stable environment and continuous improvement.
• Help the tribe self-organize and reinforce agile practices.
