Job Description:
As an Office Management Assistant, your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Reception & Administrative Support
- Welcoming visitors and managing front desk activities.
- Handling internal requests and providing administrative support to various departments.
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and business travel arrangements.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new employees.
Office & Supplier Management
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of office facilities.
- Coordinating external service providers (cleaning services, office supplies, mail services, catering, etc.).
- Managing office and pantry stock levels.
- Overseeing the desk booking system and assisting employees with its proper use.
Health, Safety & Internal Organization
- Supporting the implementation and follow-up of health and safety procedures within the office.
- Participating in emergency response procedures following internal training (first aid, fire safety, etc.).
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
Communication & Events
- Assisting with the organization of internal events and team-building activities.
- Promoting effective communication between stakeholders.
- Helping create a positive, friendly, and collaborative office atmosphere.
Candidate Profile:
You possess the following qualities, knowledge and competencies? Look no further!
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of Dutch (intermediate level preferred).
- Higher secondary education diploma (CESS) or equivalent.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong service focus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sociable, empathetic, and open-minded personality.
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
- Ability to take initiative and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.

What Client Offers:
Our client offers:
- A 6-month assignment starting in October, with the possibility of extension.
- A part-time schedule of 3 days per week, with the potential to increase depending on business needs.
- Working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break.
