As an administrative all-rounder, you are the first point of contact for visitors and a reliable support behind the scenes.
You ensure a warm welcome, a smooth phone line, and the practical organization of office tasks and business trips. Additionally, you support the team with various administrative tasks, contributing to a well-organized and smoothly running workplace.
What will you do?
- Welcome visitors and connect them with the appropriate person.
- Answer phone calls, providing the correct transfer or taking messages as needed.
- Provide administrative support for accounting and other departments.
- Manage office supplies and place orders on time.
- Supervise and coordinate our cleaning help.
- Receive, sort and organize incoming mail.
- Organize business trips, including hotel and transportation bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate colleague(s).
- Handle incoming telephone calls, transfer them to the relevant contact person or take accurate messages.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance, Sales and other departments (processing purchase invoices, orders, etc.).
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders in a timely manner.
- Plan and organise business trips (hotel bookings, transport arrangements, etc.).

Profile & Qualifications
- No specific degree required.
- You have completed an administrative training programme or have solid experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent command of Dutch and good knowledge of English (French is a plus).
- Good practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
