Konu Care is seeking a proactive support professional to own the follow-up of Odoo-related issues for Belgian and Sri Lankan teams. You will coordinate with consultants and developers, organize upgrade cycles, and turn vague information into clear action plans.

With Konu, it's all about one thing: making things go forward. We implement Odoo as the core of a wider software ecosystem for medium and large SMEs. No theoretical pathways or consultants that disappear after a presentation, but people who take responsibility until it works in practice.

Our work does not stop at go-live. This is often when customers enter the phase where Odoo truly becomes part of their daily operations. Questions, problems, upgrades, new needs and opportunities for improvement follow. That is why we are expanding Konu Care, our service for customers after implementation.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of this. Not a traditional helpdesk agent who simply works through tickets using a checklist, but someone who reassures customers, brings structure and keeps issues moving towards a clear resolution.

What you will do

When a customer says “Odoo is not working”, you investigate what is actually happening. Is it Odoo itself? A scanner, printer or tablet? An integration with other software? Access rights, data, settings, internet, the network or user behaviour? You do not have to solve everything yourself, but you ask the right questions, carry out an initial analysis, involve the right colleagues and follow up until the customer knows where things stand.

In practice, you organise helpdesk requests, follow up tickets, monitor priorities and coordinate with consultants and developers. You also organise upgrades from start to finish with the colleagues who originally built the custom developments. You identify opportunities with existing customers, including optimisations, change requests, additional modules and further support.

Who we are looking for

You work daily with colleagues in Belgium and Sri Lanka, so you communicate fluently in Dutch and English. You usually support customers in Dutch, while documentation, analyses and technical coordination are often in English.

We are looking for someone with strong Odoo knowledge and a good understanding of implementations, both functionally and organisationally. You do not need to be a developer, network expert or hardware technician, but technical issues do not intimidate you. You think logically, ask follow-up questions and turn scattered information into clear actions.

This role is mainly based at our Kortrijk office, using tickets, video calls, phone calls and digital follow-up. You therefore do not need to be on site with customers all the time. We are looking for someone living no more than 50 km from Kortrijk, so that you can easily be present at the office and with customers when needed. Initially, you take on much of the operational follow-up yourself. As Konu Care grows, you help structure the department, improve processes and build a scalable team operation.
