Job summary

Dear Digital in Belgium is seeking an Odoo Support Consultant to help keep clients running smoothly. You will own incoming tickets from first contact to closure, diagnose issues, and apply both functional and technical fixes. You will read data models, check logs, and even review code when needed.

Proactive use of AI to speed up investigations and document solutions is encouraged. This role offers flexible hours and the option to work remotely, with a focus on clear, jargon-free communication

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of ERP, customer support or development experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo; able to read Python, SQL or XML.
• Structured in documenting and following up tickets; detail-oriented.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own incoming tickets from first contact to closure: understand, reproduce, root-cause, and fix.
• Dig into the system functionally and technically; read data models, logs, and configuration.
• Use AI as part of daily toolkit to investigate, draft solutions, and document findings.
• Collaborate with developers or solution architects on complex cases.
• Keep clients informed in clear language, avoiding ERP jargon.
• Spot recurring issues and propose structural fixes and improvements.
• Build relationships with key users post go-live.
