Alan is reshaping prevention insurance and is hiring for a Corporate role focused on regulated development. You will build automation and tooling that scales compliance, partnering with privacy, governance and security to deliver integrated solutions.

You will own initiatives end to end from discovery to deployment, mentor teammates, and expand your scope across topics and geographies as Alan grows, while staying hands-on in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience turning manual, repetitive work into automated or self-serve solutions using no-code/low-code or AI tools.
• Interest in regulated work and ability to ramp up quickly in a new domain.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Build the compliance product with scalable processes and tooling that support growth.
• Redesign end-to-end regulatory workflows to improve speed and accuracy.
• Measure outcomes and drive adoption across the Corporate team and its stakeholders.
• Collaborate with privacy, governance, risk and security to ensure compliant product delivery.
