Qover in Brussels is seeking a Product Manager for Compliance by Design to lead an automated regulatory engine embedded into our flows. You’ll partner with design and engineering to deliver scalable, compliant onboarding and transaction checks across European markets, including real-time sanctions, KYC, and POI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech/insurtech or high-growth SaaS.
• Experience translating regulatory mandates into product specs for engineers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with a track record of delivering compliant products.

Responsabilités

• Lead embedding compliance checks (sanctions screening, KYC, DISI, POI) into sales and claims flows.
• Bridge regulatory requirements with scalable software engineering for partner onboarding.
• Ensure auditability, real-time monitoring, and cross-border adaptability of the compliance services.
