Alan is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to scale onboarding and admin support for key accounts in Belgium. You will train admins on workflows, own end-to-end admin tasks, and manage difficult conversations with care, aiming to prevent blockers and optimize processes.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve documentation, tooling, and knowledge sharing while ensuring high satisfaction for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent and structured written & oral communication in Dutch and English.
• Experience in B2B customer-facing roles such as CS, teaching, or communications.
• Autonomous, driven, capable of organizing themselves in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Train and onboard admins on Alan's product, workflows, and best practices (remote and onsite).
• Own admin support end-to-end for your account portfolio: handle requests, investigate issues, coordinate with internal teams.
• Manage complex or sensitive conversations with admins with clarity and empathy.
• Anticipate risks like missing affiliations or payroll edge cases and prevent blockers before they impact admins.
