Alan is hiring an HR Tech & Automation Lead to decouple our unit's output from its headcount. You will re-architect our legacy onboarding into scalable automated systems, drive the adoption of AI agents, and own the strategic modeling of our compensation policies.

You are a builder who kills operational bottlenecks. You will own enablement on AI and tooling for the teams you deploy with and participate in enabling the whole company on these methods and tools, including AI agent factories and

Qualifications

Fluent English required with good understanding of French.
Product/Engineering mindset: design flows, handle edge cases and systems.
Automation fluency with low-code platforms and API connectors.

Responsabilités

Process architecture & automation: revamp processes and ship API-based automations.
Enablement: provide AI and tooling enablement to teams and across the company.
AI & Knowledge Operations: build internal AI agents and deploy talent automation to speed hiring.
