Qualifications

• Own ambitious problems and develop simple solutions.
• 3+ years in Data roles with impact.
• Experience building and operating production data infrastructure.
• Experience designing systems, tools or libraries for others.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Curious about AI and eager to apply it thoughtfully.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Collaborative and growth-minded.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Build, maintain, and improve the Data Platform used across Alan.
• Enable data-driven decision making for members, contracts and claims.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data solutions.
• Own and evolve data-related tools powering Alan.
• Support data governance, security, and quality initiatives.
