Alan is hiring for a senior Platform Engineer to help build and operate multi-cloud infrastructure across Europe. You will own cloud foundations, data platforms, and observability, while driving reliability, FinOps and AI-assisted operations.

The role requires hands-on coding and leadership within the Infra crew of Tech Foundations. You will collaborate with product teams, ensure uptime targets, and scale infrastructure for international expansion, with remote work flexibility and in-person

Qualifications

3+ years in Platform engineering, DevOps, Site reliability engineering or equivalent roles.
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
Comfortable coding for automation and tooling (Python/TypeScript).
Experience with observability, monitoring, alerting or incident management.
Ability to design robust infrastructure with reliability and observability in mind.
Ability to maintain uptime targets while optimizing infrastructure costs.
Built or maintained internal or external tooling for engineers.

Responsabilités

Own and evolve cloud foundations and multi-cloud architecture.
Operate data and application platforms on PostgreSQL/aurora and related tooling.
Lead reliability, observability and on-call processes end-to-end.
Drive Governance, compliance enablement and FinOps across the infra.
Apply AI-augmented infra operations to improve incident response and toil reduction.
