Alan Belgium is hiring an Insurance Expert to design and price health insurance offers, monitor business risks, and help the team understand the nuances of healthcare and insurance. You will join a global team focused on transforming prevention, insurance and care across multiple countries.

You will work with data scientists, engineers and product managers to deliver differentiated products at a fair price while growing our portfolio with strong regulatory compliance and market insight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance sector, with health insurance exposure.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (French a plus).
• Scientific background (actuarial sciences, statistics, mathematics or data science) with practical insurance experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking; able to translate data and regulatory questions into outputs.
• Builder mindset; identify opportunities to improve and scale processes and systems.
• Willing to deeply change the insurance and healthcare industry and challenge the status quo.
