Alan is hiring an HR Tech & Automation Lead to decouple our unit's output from its headcount. You will re-architect our legacy onboarding into scalable automated systems, drive the adoption of AI agents, and own the strategic modeling of our compensation policies.

You are a builder who kills operational bottlenecks. You will own enablement on AI and tooling for the teams you deploy with and participate in enabling the whole company on these methods and tools, including AI agent factories and

• Fluent English required with good understanding of French.
• Product/Engineering mindset: design flows, handle edge cases and systems.
• Automation fluency with low-code platforms and API connectors.

About the role

We are looking for an HR Tech & Automation Lead to be the "Force Multiplier" for the People & Talent team. Your goal is to decouple the Unit's output from its headcount. You will re‑architect our legacy processes (like onboarding) into scalable automated systems, drive the adoption of AI agents, and own the strategic modeling of our Compensation policies. You are a builder who kills operational bottlenecks.

1. Process Architecture & Automation

• Process Revamp: You challenge existing processes and find a way to optimize, automate, and build something that scales with the company.
• Low‑Code Factory: Identify manual toil across the team and ship API‑based automations to remove it.

2. Enablement

• You own enablement on AI and tooling for the teams you're deployed with. You can explain complex notions in a simple way.
• You participate in the broader effort of enabling the whole company on these methods and tools.

3. AI & Knowledge Operations

• AI Agent Factory: Lead the creation and maintenance of internal AI agents (using Dust) to answer repetitive employee queries (e.g., "How do I expense lunch?").
• Talent Automation: Deploy AI enhancements for the recruiting team (auto‑dispatching, screening filters) to increase hiring velocity.

Profile

• For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B1-C1 level range.
• You speak fluent English, and have at least good understanding of French, since part of your mission will be related to French compliance related processes.
• Product/Engineering Mindset: You think in “flows,” “edge cases,” and “systems,” not just tasks. You can deconstruct a messy human process and rebuild it.
• Automation Fluency: Demonstrated expertise with low‑code platforms (ActivePieces, Make, Zapier) and API connectors.
• Strategic Modeling: You are comfortable handling sensitive, high‑stakes topics, sensitive data, and can model complex workflows and datasets.
• AI Pragmatism: You understand how to prompt LLMs for reliable business outputs and focus on adoption, ensuring the team actually uses what you build.
