This is a full-time on-site role for a Night Auditor at Juliana Hotel Brussels, located in the heart of Brussels. The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing overnight reception duties, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction during night hours. Additional duties include balancing daily financial records, processing payments, and addressing guest inquiries to ensure a high-quality customer experience. The Night Auditor will also be expected to collaborate with other team members and provide assistance as needed throughout hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Receptionist Duties and managing Reservations effectively
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a welcoming experience
• Proficiency in Cash Handling, including processing payments and balancing financial records
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends as required
• Previous experience in hotel operations or a similar hospitality role is advantageous
• Proficiency in English and French is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Basic computing skills and familiarity with hotel management software are preferred
