Greet hotel Brussels Airport is seeking a Night Auditor to help maintain a safe, welcoming environment during the night shift. You will manage the night reception, handle check-ins and check-outs, and address guest needs with a friendly approach.

Additionally, you will conduct security rounds, assist with early breakfast preparations, ensure tidy communal areas, and handle night-time administrative tasks for the day team and late bookings.

Responsabilités

• Manage the reception desk during the night, providing warm, efficient check-ins/check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing any guest inquiries or needs with a smile.
• Monitor hotel security, conduct regular rounds to ensure the safety of our guests and the property, and respond to any incidents with professionalism and calm.
• Setting up the breakfast buffet to greet our guests with a delightful start to their day.
• Ensuring that communal areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming for guests.
• Handling a range of administrative tasks to support hotel operations, including preparing documents for the day team and managing any late-night bookings.
