Job summary

Proximus Group in Belgium seeks an independent Business Process Owner to design, govern, and improve end-to-end processes that drive network transformation and automation. You will connect business stakeholders with operations and technical teams, translating needs into clear process specifications.

You will model AS-IS and TO-BE processes using BPMN 2.0, monitor KPI performance, and identify opportunities to boost efficiency, quality, automation and customer experience across the network

Qualifications

• Experience in process management or continuous improvement, preferably in telecommunications.
• Ability to gather and translate business needs into process and functional requirements.
• Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, process reviews and gap analyses.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Autonomy, leadership, communication skills, assertiveness, flexibility (business and technical).
• Strong Dutch and/or French communication and working knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Design, improve and govern end-to-end processes for network transformation and automation.
• Model AS-IS and TO-BE processes using BPMN 2.0.
• Monitor KPI performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, automation and customer experience.
