NCI Agency in Mons, Belgium is seeking an IT Change Manager to coordinate changes across NATO systems under NCSC/NCIA governance. The role requires active NATO SECRET clearance, a related bachelor’s degree, and at least 3 years of Change Manager experience, preferably in Cyber Security.

You will drive ticket triage, board meetings, and change governance while coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a strict security environment.

Qualifications

NATO SECRET security clearance held currently is mandatory.
A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 2+ years post-qualification experience; or 6+ years’ progressive experience in the role.
At least 3 years’ Change Manager experience, preferably in Cyber Security.
Proficiency with BMC ITSM tools and ITIL v3/v4 best practices.

Responsabilités

Coordinate daily Change Request (CR) tickets across NATO ticketing systems and external platforms; ensure timely triage and closure of tickets.
Participate in/lead weekly change-related boards (CAB, TRB, RGB, etc.) and ensure proper documentation of outcomes.
Facilitate and organize NCSC weekly Distributed Change Advisory Boards (D-CAB) and related meetings.
Coordinate information gathering across NCSC and NCIA with stakeholders to support changes.
