NCI Agency in Mons, Belgium, seeks an IT Change Manager to coordinate changes across NATO security domains. You will triage tickets, support weekly boards, and ensure clear documentation and follow‑through.

The role requires a NATO SECRET clearance, 3+ years in change management, and ITSM experience. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree (or substantial alternative experience) and demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills in English.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years post‑related experience, or 6+ years with no degree.
• At least 3 years Change Manager experience, preferably in Cyber Security.
• Proficient with ITSM tools (BMC) and ITIL certifications.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily Change Requests and triage NCSC tickets across systems and ticketing platforms.
• Participate in weekly change boards (CAB, TRB, RGB, etc.) and document outcomes.
• Facilitate Change Management meetings and ensure stakeholders are prepared.
• Organize weekly D‑CAB and support information gathering with stakeholders.
