EMW, Inc. in Mons, Belgium seeks a Senior Cyber Security Specialist for a full-time, on-site engagement.

You will lead the development and refinement of cyber and CIS monitoring requirements, engage NATO stakeholders, and translate operational needs into clear engineering specifications, use cases and detailed architecture artefacts. The role demands NATO SECRET clearance, a related Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience (or 10 years’ equivalent expertise), and at least 5 years in cyber

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 3+ years post-related experience.
• Alternatively, lack of degree may be compensated by 10 years progressive cyber/duty experience.
• At least 5 years in cyber security, systems engineering or CIS engineering.
• Experience across the capability lifecycle from requirements to operations.
• Ability to translate complex needs into clear technical documentation.
• Experience with procurement documents, SOWs and technical specs.
• Familiarity with CIS monitoring tools, SIEM and telemetry.
• Experience with purple team activities and adversary emulation.
• Excellent English communication and technical writing skills; NATO STANAG 6001 Level 3.

Responsabilités

• Develop and refine technical and operational requirements for cyber and CIS monitoring capabilities.
• Engage with NATO stakeholders to solicit, analyse and document technical requirements.
• Translate operational needs into engineering, system and functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain artefacts: requirements specs, use cases, user stories, workflows and architecture diagrams.
• Support CIS capability designs including hardware, software, network and security considerations.
• Provide input on cyber monitoring technologies and supporting infrastructure.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to deliver capabilities.
• Prepare procurement documentation including RFIs, statements of work and technical specs.
• Support purple team activities and adversary emulation.
• Ensure requirements are complete and aligned with NATO operational needs.
