Yamabiko Europe, based in Belgium, seeks a Technical Support & Product Training Specialist to support dealers and professional users across Europe. The role combines remote support, field troubleshooting, product training and customer demonstrations.

You will report to the head of the OPE Division and travel regularly (up to ~30%) to customer sites, training sessions and trade events, using your strong technical and communication skills in Dutch, French and English.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in technical support, after-sales service, field service, technical training or a related technical function.
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electromechanical systems with hands-on problem solving.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to different audiences.
• Strong customer focus and ownership from enquiry to follow-up.
• Capable of coordinating activities with multiple internal teams in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line technical support to dealers, distributors and professional customers by phone, email and on site.
• Diagnose issues and recommend corrective actions, coordinating repairs when required.
• Prepare and deliver technical and product training for dealers and distributors.
• Organize hands-on product demonstrations for professionals and municipalities.
• Collect field feedback and share insights with Product and After-Sales teams; monitor market trends.
• Represent Yamabiko Europe at trade fairs, dealer events and technical meetings.
