Euro London is seeking a Technical Trainer in Belgium to train customers, partners and internal teams on specialised industrial equipment. The role combines classroom sessions, practical demonstrations and digital learning to build technical confidence across audiences.

You will work with engineering and product teams to keep content up to date, create course materials and track participant progress, with occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical environment or in technical support, field service, maintenance, applications or training.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English; Dutch or French would be an advantage.

Our client, an international industrial technology company, is looking for a Technical Trainer to train customers, partners and internal teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in engineering, technical support, field service, maintenance or applications who would like to develop into a training-focused role.

What you will do

You will deliver engaging technical training on specialised industrial equipment through a mix of classroom sessions, practical demonstrations and digital learning.

• Lead practical demonstrations and hands‑on exercises
• Create and update course materials, presentations and assessments
• Adapt technical information for audiences with different experience levels
• Work with engineering and product teams to keep training content up to date
• Track participant progress and maintain training records

What we are looking for

• Experience in a technical environment and/or experience in technical support, field service, maintenance, applications or training
• The ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English - Dutch or French would be an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally when required

You do not need to be an experienced professional trainer as candidates who regularly coach customers, technicians or colleagues are also encouraged to apply.
