AGO Jobs & HR Gent is looking for a Customer Support Advisor to assist drivers across Europe in a multilingual contact center. You will handle international roadside requests, coordinate with service partners, and keep customers updated throughout each case.

You will work in a fast-paced team, offering empathy and a proactive, structured approach to resolve issues, with flexibility for nights and weekends in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, German and at least one other European language.
• Service-driven with a proactive approach in stressful situations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to cultural contexts.
• Enjoys collaboration in a diverse team and supports colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming assistance requests from international customers with roadside issues.
• Coordinate with local service providers and technicians until resolved.
• Maintain constant communication with customers and partners with regular updates.
• Apply proactive problem-solving and quick thinking under time pressure.
• Work in a multilingual team in a 24/7 environment.
