GENT LOGISTICS is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the voice of support for drivers facing vehicle issues across Europe. You will join a fast-paced, multilingual contact center where your communication skills, empathy, and sense of urgency help keep transport moving.

You will handle international assistance requests, coordinate with local service providers and technicians, and keep customers informed with regular updates while working in a collaborative team environment.
