Gent Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support drivers across Europe facing roadside vehicle issues. You will be the voice of support in a fast-paced, multilingual contact center, where clear communication, empathy, and urgency keep transport moving.

You will handle international roadside assistance requests, coordinate with local service providers and technicians, and keep customers and partners updated with proactive, timely case management in a 24/7 environment.
