You will be responsible for assessing situations, organizing interventions, and ensuring clear communication with drivers throughout the process. You'll be part of a dedicated 24/7 team focused on delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to remain calm during emergencies and communicate effectively with drivers.
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating interventions.
• Experience in customer service roles is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls from drivers experiencing vehicle breakdowns.
• Assess the situation by asking targeted questions.
• Organise and dispatch assistance to towing services or technicians.
• Follow up each case and maintain communication with the driver.
• Record all relevant data in the system.
• Work as part of a dedicated team providing support 24/7.
