Job summary

IAPP in Brussels, Belgium, is seeking a Customer Support Representative to be the primary contact for members and customers, answering questions, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a positive product experience.

You will coordinate daily inquiries, support the Brussels team, assist with certifications and events, and gather customer feedback. Fluency in English and another language is required; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong communication skills.
• Advanced English and another language (French, German or Dutch).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations is a plus.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily customer inquiries and membership questions.
• Support IAPP Brussels team as required.
• Provide event support for IAPP events in Europe.
• Assist with financial processing related to member transactions.
• Assist with inbound/outbound correspondence with members via phone and email.
