Volvo Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English to support customers across Europe from our Oostakker, BE site. As a graduate in this role, you will own the breakdown process, communicate with repair dealers, and proactively assist customers to restore service quickly.

You will join a diverse international team spanning Ghent, Rugby, Bucharest and Johannesburg, supporting 21 languages and offering growth within a global company.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese (written and verbal).
• Willingness to work in shifts for 24/7 coverage.
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilités

• Support customers with international breakdowns across Europe.
• Maintain regular dialogue with the dealer performing repairs and update customers.
• Apply creative and proactive solutions to ensure customers are well supported.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to deliver the best customer experience.

We are a 24/7 operation and our department is spread over three European sites – Ghent (Belgium), Rugby (UK) and Bucharest (Romania), as well as our team in Johannesburg (South Africa). • Our multi-lingual advisors utilise their language skills to support customers with international breakdowns. It doesn’t matter where they are in Europe, we take full ownership of the breakdown and give our customers a peace of mind.
• Communication is key. We are in regular dialogue with the dealer doing the repair and updating the customer with progress.
• A creative and proactive approach to problem solving ensures our customers are well supported. When things aren’t going smoothly, we think outside the box.
• Teamwork and collaboration are the foundations of our business
