Bruker Molecular Diagnostics is seeking an Account Manager (m/f/d) to build strong customer relationships with laboratories and key opinion leaders in Belgium and Luxembourg.

You will drive sales growth for an established product range through direct selling and managing customer relationships, with a solid understanding of clinical virology and bacteriology. Preference for candidates located in Belgium or Luxembourg, focusing on Wallonia and Luxembourg territories.

Qualifications

• Master (preferred) or bachelor’s degree in molecular biology or microbiology or similar.
• Sales experience in a hospital environment.
• Extensive knowledge of molecular diagnostics/IVD.
• Fluent in French, Flemish and English.
• Sales driven, result driven and customer focussed.
• Enthusiastic and dynamic personality.
• Can act pro-actively and demonstrate a win-win mentality.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Build up customer relations with established and new customers.
• Grow sales of assigned accounts to meet or exceed sales budget.
• Follow up prospects and quotations.
• Execute presentations, demonstrations and workshops.
• Organizing, starting up and monitoring clinical evaluations and studies.
• Negotiate at the relevant DMU levels, develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Schedule visits and organize workload effectively and efficiently.
• Promote the product portfolio through seminars/exhibitions.
