Job summary

Bruker is seeking an Account Manager Molecular Diagnostics (m/f/d) to build and expand sales with hospitals and laboratories in Belgium and Luxembourg. The role focuses on the Wallonia and Luxembourg territories, requiring deep MD/IVD knowledge and fluent French, Flemish and English.

You will lead direct selling efforts, manage relationships with key opinion leaders, and coordinate clinical evaluations to strengthen Bruker’s portfolio in molecular diagnostics across the Benelux region.

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor’s degree in molecular biology or microbiology.
• Sales experience in hospital environments.
• Fluent in French, Flemish and English.
• Extensive knowledge of molecular diagnostics/IVD.

Responsibilities

• Build up customer relations with established and new customers.
• Grow sales of assigned accounts to meet or exceed sales budget.
• Follow up prospects and quotations.
• Execute presentations, demonstrations and workshops.
• Organize, start up and monitor clinical evaluations and studies.
• Negotiate at the relevant DMU levels and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Schedule visits and organize workload effectively.
• Promote the product portfolio through seminars and exhibitions.
