Donaldson is seeking a Specialist Account within Mobile Solutions Sales, collaborating with OEM customers to drive high-quality service and sustainable growth. The role is on a fixed-term contract with potential to transition to a permanent position.

The candidate will support revenue analysis, pricing tasks, and maintain strong customer relationships, working closely with Account Managers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 2 years relevant work experience.
• 1 year experience working in a customer facing environment.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good organizational and administration skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain long-term customer relationships with focus on stellar customer experience.
• Prepare basic revenue performance analysis (price, margin, cost) and propose price.
• Complete Account Specialist tasks with direction from Account Manager/Supervisor.
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, lead-time, product offering, and complaints with prompt communication.
• Lead simple projects and internal/external meetings, ensuring deadlines are met.
