Donaldson Company, Inc. seeks a Specialist Account within Mobile Solutions Sales to strengthen long-term customer relationships and support pricing and product offerings. You will collaborate with OEM customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality service and timely responses.

The role offers learning and career growth, with a fixed-term contract and potential to transition to a permanent position. Proficiency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• 1 year experience working in a customer facing environment.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good organizational and administration skills.

Responsabilités

• Contributor to the maintenance of long-term customer relationships with focus on stellar customer experience.
• Prepare basic revenue performance analysis (price, margin, cost) and propose price.
• Complete Account Specialist tasks with direction from Account Manager/Supervisor.
• Receiving and processing customer inquiries in relation to pricing, lead-time, product offering,and complaints through efficient, prompt, and friendly communication.
• Lead simple projects, internal and external meetings, follow-up, meet customer’s deadlines.
