Devoteam Belgium seeks a Tribe Manager Microsoft - Data & Analytics to lead and scale our Microsoft Data tribe, driving AI innovation, pre-sales growth, and elite enterprise consulting across Belgium.

You will build and guide a high-performing team of consultants, data engineers and architects, bridging people management with technical excellence and business development in a fast-paced tech consulting environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience within the Data & Analytics domain, including at least 3 years in leadership, team management, or engineering lead roles in technology consulting.
Proven track record in coaching and elevating junior or mid-level peers.
Strong escalation management and ability to resolve high-stakes client or internal issues.
Experience with data hygiene and enterprise management systems.
Fluency in English; working proficiency in Dutch and preferably French to engage regional accounts.

Responsabilités

Lead and govern the Microsoft Data tribe, mentoring Team Coaches and guiding performance reviews and HR inputs.
Drive OKRs across learning paths, revenue targets, and operational excellence.
Champion AI innovation and integrate modern AI tools into client projects and internal workflows.
Own pre-sales activities including complex solution design, scoping, and client pitches.
Develop local tech roadmap for Microsoft Data ecosystem with Fabric, Synapse, Data Factory, Power BI and Databricks.
