adesso Belgium is seeking a Data Consultant to join the Data & AI Team in Brussels. The role blends consulting, project management, and data governance to shape client data strategies and deliver data-driven outcomes.

You will engage with clients as a trusted advisor, run workshops, manage data projects, and collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other consultants. A strong sales mindset helps grow the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in a data environment (analyst/consultant focus) with 2+ years at a top consultancy in Belgium.
• Fluent in Dutch/French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Sales skills with ability to drive business growth.
• In-depth understanding of data governance and data strategy.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored data management and strategic solutions.
• Lead data management projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Provide insights on data governance, data strategy, and data architecture to ensure best practices.
• Identify potential use cases and generate leads through strategic networking.
