Accenture Belgium is seeking a Data & AI Delivery Lead to drive the data and AI agenda for our client engagements. You will shape vision, own the roadmap, and lead teams turning strategies into measurable value at scale.

You bring deep data architecture experience, ability to challenge models and platform choices, and the leadership to align senior stakeholders across business and technology. You’ll oversee delivery end-to-end in Agile settings and advocate for responsible AI and governance.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on grounding in data architecture and modeling (conceptual/logical/physical).
• Experience leading teams or delivery streams with client outcomes in consulting/project environments.
• Strong command of modern data & AI landscape: platforms, pipelines, ML, Generative/Agentic AI.
• Excellent advisory and storytelling skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Drive the Data & AI Agenda with a prioritized client roadmap.
• Shape and prioritize high-value data/AI solutions and use-cases.
• Own delivery end-to-end from scoping to adoption.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across delivery streams in Agile/Scrum.
• Provide architectural stewardship: evaluate data models and platform choices.
• Advise client leaders, including C-suite, on data governance and AI adoption.
• Embed governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI into solutions.
• Link delivery to business value with measurable outcomes.
