delaware BeLux in Limburg, Belgium, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to translate business needs into scalable data solutions. You’ll lead end-to-end data projects, design data platforms, and collaborate with the Microsoft Data team and local leadership to deliver value.

Requirements include at least 5 years in data engineering, strong experience with Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL and PySpark, plus solid data modeling and ETL skills. Dutch and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering with Microsoft technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Databricks or Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL and PySpark.
• Solid data modeling, ETL flows and lakehouse architectures.
• Experience leading end-to-end data projects.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead in translating customer business needs into fitting data solutions.
• Collect, structure and plan data; build end-to-end data platforms.
• Advise clients on next steps and share knowledge with the team.
• Collaborate with client teams and the broader Microsoft Data team.
