element61 is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead analytics and AI projects for enterprise clients in Belgium. You will bridge client stakeholders and our consultants, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget, while building strong relationships.

You’ll be coached by the Project Management Lead and grow into an autonomous leader, collaborating across Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Analytics Architects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of working experience in IT, data, or digital consulting.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a must.
• Project Management experience is a strong plus, especially in IT, data, or digital environments.
• Familiar with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Interest in data, analytics, or AI; able to engage with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of medium to large Analytics & AI projects for enterprise clients.
• Oversee scope, planning, and budget, including resource allocation, cost control, and managing change requests.
• Establish and lead project governance, from recurring status meetings to executive steering committees.
• Collaborate closely with both clients and internal experts (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analytics Architects).
• Act as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders—identify risks, communicate them clearly, and maintain momentum.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of delivery best practices within the project team.
• Support pre-sales activities with realistic and experience-based input on scoping, timelines, and resource needs.

We're looking for a driven and ambitious Project Manager to leadsome of our most strategic and high-impact projects. In this role, you'll help clients unlock the true value of their data—supported by a team of top-tier Analytics & AI experts.

As the key link between client stakeholders and our internal consultants, you'll be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining strong, positive relationships with everyone involved.

You won’t be doing this alone: our Project Management Lead will actively coach and mentor you, sharing best practices and offering support as you evolve into an increasingly autonomous and confident project leader.

Your responsibilities

Your profile

• You are already residing in Belgium
• 3+ years of working experience in IT, data, or digital consulting
• Project Management experience is a strong plus, especially in IT, data, or digital environments
• You’re familiar with various project management methodologies, such as Waterfalland Agile
• You have a genuine interest in data, analytics, or AI– you don’t need to code, but you understand the basics and can confidently engage with both technical and non-technical teams
• You’re passionate about bringing structure, clarity & oversight to projects - managing budgets, timelines, resources & scope comes naturally to you.
• You combine a structured mindset with the flexibility and pragmatismneeded to adapt to changing circumstances
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a talent for aligning diverse teams around shared goals. You can translate complex topics into clear, accessible language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You are eager to grow and learn from a strong internal network of delivery & technical experts
• You are fluent in English, and Dutch or French is a must.
