Job summary

Alistar is seeking a Microsoft 365 Application Consultant to help clients optimize collaboration with Microsoft 365, focusing on Teams and SharePoint, and exploring Copilot/AI integrations. You will lead analysis, discovery workshops, design logical digital workspaces, and guide migrations and training.

You’ll work in a flexible, hybrid setup in Belgium, engaging with clients on-site or remotely, translating business needs into practical Microsoft 365 solutions and best-practice governance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience with Microsoft 365 or Modern Workplace.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to support collaboration.
• Clear communication with customers and colleagues; translate technical possibilities into practical solutions.
• Able to work independently, take ownership, and know when to seek colleagues' input.
• Curious about developments related to Microsoft Copilot and AI; apply them practically for clients.

As a Microsoft 365 Application Consultant, you help organizations collaborate more effectively using Microsoft 365. Through workshops, you discover how people work today and translate their needs into a digital workspace that feels logical, practical, and user-friendly.

You'll primarily work with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, and you'll also help clients make effective use of new capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot and AI-in their day-to-day operations. From analysis and setup to migration and training, you'll ensure that technology isn't just implemented, but actually works for the people who'll be using it.

Your Role as a Microsoft 365 Application Consultant

You will facilitate analysis and discovery workshops and, together with clients, identify their work processes, challenges, and needs

You provide advice on setting up and optimizing Microsoft 365 and help customers build a digital workplace that fits their organization

You set up Microsoft Teams and SharePoint environments in a logical and user-friendly way

You will oversee data migrations and help ensure that information is correctly transferred to the new environment

You provide training to end users on topics such as Teams, digital collaboration, and Microsoft Copilot, either online or on-site at the client's location

You translate business needs into concrete Microsoft 365 solutions that people can use in their day-to-day work

You'll contribute ideas on governance, automation, and integrations that can further improve the digital work environment

What are you bringing?

You have about 2 years of relevant experience with Microsoft 365 or Modern Workplace

You have practical experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint and understand how to use these applications to support collaboration

You communicate clearly with customers and colleagues and can translate technical possibilities into understandable, practical solutions

You enjoy working independently, take responsibility for your assignments, and know when it's beneficial to draw on your colleagues' expertise

You ask questions, listen to what a customer needs, and aren't afraid to contribute ideas for a better approach

You switch easily between different clients, projects, and work environments

You're curious about developments related to Microsoft Copilot and AI, and you want to find out how you can apply them in a practical way for your clients

You enjoy working closely with clients, including during workshops, training sessions, and on-site assignments
