Job summary

SNCB/NMBS is seeking a Meeting Room Project Manager/Coordinator to drive the structured delivery of strategic IT meeting room projects across Belgium. You will conduct site surveys, validate solutions and ensure standardized meeting room deployments across multiple locations, while safeguarding project continuity and minimizing disruption to operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in AV/UC projects, strong technical validation skills, and experience reporting on scope, risk, and budget.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in meeting room/AV/UC projects.
Experience delivering technical projects and infrastructure validation.
Ability to define technical standards in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Perform site surveys and on-site requirements analyses.
Conduct technical validations of proposed solutions and supporting infrastructure.
Ensure standardization of meeting room solutions across the organization.
Coordinate and manage the full project lifecycle from analysis to delivery.
Oversee scope, planning, risks and budget during implementation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for successful delivery.
