Job summary

SNCB/NMBS is seeking a Meeting Room Project Manager / Coordinator to drive the standardization and delivery of meeting room solutions across Belgium. You will oversee site surveys, technical validations, and the full project lifecycle while coordinating with stakeholders and suppliers to minimize disruption to existing teams.

The role requires a Bachelor in electronics/electrical engineering or equivalent and at least 10 years in a similar position.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in electronics / electrical engineering or equivalent through experience.
10+ years of experience in a similar position.
Proven ability to manage large IT integration projects across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Perform site surveys and on-site requirements analyses for meeting room projects.
Conduct technical validations of proposed solutions and supporting infrastructure.
Ensure standardization of meeting room solutions across the organization.
Coordinate and manage the complete project lifecycle from analysis through delivery.
Oversee project scope, planning, risks, and budget throughout implementation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
