Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a senior sales/BD professional to lead the Medium Voltage and electrical distribution portfolio in Belgium and BENELUX. You will develop the commercial strategy, identify opportunities, and build enduring relationships with utilities, contractors, and industrial customers.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guide product selection, and monitor market trends to identify growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales, business development or BU management in electrical distribution.
• Strong knowledge of Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, switchgear, RMUs and related electrical solutions.
• Commercially driven with ability to build relationships and develop new opportunities.
• Fluent in French and Dutch with professional English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Medium Voltage and electrical distribution solutions in Belgium and BENELUX.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with utilities, electrical contractors, engineering firms, panel builders and industrial customers.
• Promote and develop the portfolio of Medium Voltage equipment and power distribution solutions.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor supporting customers in product selection, applications and industry requirements.
• Monitor market developments, trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations and Management to drive business performance.
