Job summary

Wolf Oil Corporation is seeking a Sales Support Administrator in Hemiksem, Belgium. You will coordinate the full order-to-cash process for customers and distributors in the MEA region, acting as the main contact for order-related matters, from processing to invoicing and after-sales support.

You will work with Sales Managers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication, accurate follow-up and excellent service across the entire process.

Qualifications

• Relevant admin/logistics/customer service or sales support experience.
• Administrative strength with accuracy and a service mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Clear, professional communication and relationship building.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented and team player.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient with IT systems and Microsoft Office.
• Higher education degree valued, but experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the central contact for customers and distributors in your region.
• Manage the full order-to-cash process including invoicing.
• Coordinate with Area Sales Managers for daily admin support.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Sales, Marketing.
• Liaise with Supply Chain on forecasts and production planning.
• Proactively follow up on orders and inform stakeholders.
