Job summary

Wolf Oil Corporation in Hemiksem, Belgium, is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to coordinate the full order-to-cash process for customers and distributors in the MEA region. You will be the main point of contact for order processing, delivery coordination, invoicing and after-sales support, working closely with Sales Managers and internal teams.

You will ensure smooth communication, accurate follow-up and excellent service, with a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and fluency

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, logistics, customer service or sales support, ideally international.
• Administrative strength with accuracy and proactive service mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
• Clear, professional communication and stakeholder relations.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented, ownership mindset and teamwork.
• Fluent in French and English; additional language is a plus.
• Comfort with IT systems and Microsoft Office.
• Higher education degree valued, but experience and mindset matter.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central contact for customers and distributors in MEA region.
• Manage full order-to-cash process including processing, follow-up, invoicing, and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with Area Sales Managers for day-to-day support.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Sales and Marketing to handle orders and requests.
• Liaise with Supply Chain to forecast and support production planning.
• Proactively follow up on orders and inform customers and stakeholders.
