Job summary

Wolf Oil Corporation, a Belgium-based lubricants company, is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to coordinate the full order-to-cash process for customers and distributors in the MEA region. You will be the main contact for order-related matters, ensuring timely processing, invoicing, and after-sales support, while collaborating with Sales Managers and internal teams.

You will liaise with Supply Chain to follow forecasts, support production planning, and maintain proactive, solution-oriented

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in administrative, logistics, customer service or sales support.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Comfortable with IT systems and MS Office.
• Ability to work with internal teams across functions.
• Experience in an international environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full order-to-cash process for customers and distributors in the MEA region.
• Be the main point of contact for all order-related matters, from order processing to invoicing and after-sales support.
• Work closely with Area Sales Managers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and accurate follow-up.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Sales and Marketing to handle orders efficiently.
• Proactively follow up on orders, identify issues and keep customers and stakeholders informed.
