Verisure is seeking a Brand Campaign Specialist to join the Marketing team in Belgium. You will blend brand strategy, creative development and campaign execution, primarily focused on Flanders, transforming objectives into impactful campaigns.

You will collaborate with Brand Manager and external partners, guiding agencies and owning end-to-end execution across TV, radio, digital, and social channels. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

To support our continued growth and strengthen our brand presence, we are looking for a Brand Campaign Specialist to join our Marketing team.

This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, creative development and campaign execution. You will be responsible for bringing our campaigns to life across the full marketing ecosystem, with a primary focus on Flanders.

We are looking for someone who combines strong creative judgment with excellent project management skills. Someone who can transform strategic objectives into impactful campaigns, connect multiple stakeholders around a shared vision and ensure flawless execution from concept to launch.

What You Will Do

• Translate brand and campaign strategies into inspiring and actionable creative briefs, defining communication objectives, key messages and target audiences.
• Work closely with the Brand Manager & Director to ensure a clear understanding of the strategic challenge, communication objectives and desired consumer response.
• Lead the creative development process for integrated campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders and external creative partners.
• Challenge and guide creative agencies throughout the development process to ensure campaigns are distinctive, effective and aligned with our brand ambitions.
• Own campaign execution from approved concept through to launch, coordinating the creation of campaign assets across multiple channels.
• Act as the central point of contact between brand, media, production and internal channel teams to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery.
• Manage timelines, budgets, approvals and deliverables while balancing quality, speed and efficiency.
• Drive the 360° activation of campaigns across TV, radio, digital, social media, website and other touchpoints.
• Support the development of social media and lead generation creatives, ensuring consistency in brand identity, tone of voice and messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance together with media and marketing teams and contribute to post-campaign evaluations and learnings.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, creative execution and customer engagement.

Who We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in campaign management, brand activation, advertising, creative project management or integrated marketing.
• Strong experience translating business objectives and consumer insights into clear and inspiring creative briefs.
• Excellent understanding of creative development, with the ability to evaluate, challenge and improve creative concepts.
• Proven track record of working successfully with creative agencies and production partners.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• A proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
• Fluent in Dutch with strong English skills. Knowledge of French is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to influence and collaborate across teams.
