Job summary

Verisure is seeking a Senior Sales Performance Analyst to turn data into concrete actions and design incentive schemes that boost performance within our commercial organization. You will analyze sales data, manage commissions, and collaborate with Sales, Finance and Controlling to drive strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes strong Excel/Power BI skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate insights into practical recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Performance Analyst who combines strong analytical thinking with the ability to quickly translate insights into concrete actions. In this role, you will turn data into meaningful recommendations and help design incentive schemes that truly drive performance within our commercial organization.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance data, structures, and go‑to‑market models.
• Understand and synthesize key insights quickly, without getting lost in details.
• Manage the commission scheme, including calculation, validation, and communication to sales teams.
• Develop or optimize incentive and bonus schemes together with Sales Excellence and the commercial field.
• Supports the development of automated tools and financial models to increase efficiency and accuracy of analyses and reporting
• Evaluate the impact of initiatives and recommend adjustments to increase effectiveness.
• Provide insights and explanations to the Controlling department when needed
• Give recommendations on how to improve sales performance through data analysis and insights
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Controlling to support decision-making.

Your profile

• Stronganalytical skills, with the right balance between detailed understanding and taking swift actions.
• Excellent command of Excel or/and Power BI with willingness to learn Power BI; familiarity with more advanced analytical tools is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with good command of English.
• Preferred backgrounds include but not limited to : consultancy, entrepreneurship, business/sales analysis, companies with a strong sales culture.
• Natural high attention to detail while maintaining focus and pace
• You are an excellent communicator, both in word and writing
• You have experience in working cross-functional and positively influencing as needed
• Experience working with incentive or bonus systems is a strong advantage.
• Organized, proactive, solution‑oriented, and a quick learner.
