Ariad is a Belgian digital consultancy providing talent across UX/UI, AI, marketing and transformation. We seek a Marketing Performance Analyst to join the Brand & Corporate Functions cluster and drive performance culture.

You will analyze campaigns, build dashboards, and train users while collaborating across teams to optimize marketing ROI. Proficiency in Power BI, Adobe Analytics and SQL is essential, with fluency in French and Dutch preference.

We support leading Belgian organizations through their digital transformation, connecting top talent with the business challenges that matter most.

About the Role

As Marketing Performance Analyst, you'll join the Brand & Corporate Functions cluster, working in close collaboration with performance analysts dedicated to Run & Change activities. You'll play a key role in developing skills and the culture of performance within your cluster.

Your Responsibilities

• Facilitate decision-making by analyzing campaign, communication and event performance, and providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs to measure delivery effectiveness, customer behavior and market trends
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience, campaign conversion rates and revenue growth
• Document, support and train users on the various tools available to analyze marketing and communication performance

Your Profile

• You excel in the art of collaborating and inspiring your colleagues, while cultivating a sharp analytical mind
• Solid experience in change management within a complex organization is highly valued
• Data holds no secrets for you you know how to turn data into impactful information, with a tangible effect on decision-making
• You easily make connections, aren't afraid to question the status quo, and adjust actions in a spirit of continuous improvement
• You have at least 3 years of experience measuring the performance of marketing and communication initiatives, with a strong grasp of marketing KPIs, the marketing funnel and the conversion funnel
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Sprinklr
• Mastery of SQL and experience with complex data processing
• Good knowledge of French and passive knowledge of Dutch, or vice versa!
