Job summary

Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp Hotel, a five-star superior property in Antwerp, seeks a Sales Manager to drive luxury hospitality sales. You will build lasting client relationships, craft tailored proposals, and represent the hotel at events locally and internationally.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a luxury commercial role with leisure experience, strong networking skills, and fluency in Dutch and English (French or German a plus).

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a similar commercial role within the luxury segment
• Proven leisure segment experience
• Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through client-focused solutions
• Natural networker who builds lasting relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Brand ambassador who reflects premium identity in all experiences
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French or German a strong asset
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
• Creative in developing sales strategies, offers, and tailored proposals
• Flexible, stress-resistant, with availability for events and weekends

Responsibilities

• Regularly visiting clients and guests to build strong, long-lasting relationships and understand their needs
• Analyzing client requests and market trends to develop tailored proposals
• Representing the hotel at events, trade fairs and networking occasions to increase brand visibility
• Building and maintaining a broad network of business contacts and potential clients
• Monitoring monthly bookings and contractual performance and reporting to the Director of Sales
• Collaborating with MICE and Reservations to align pricing and sales strategies
• Preparing and managing LCR contracts with corporate clients
• Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and budget goals
• Planning and executing sales initiatives based on data and reports to generate new business
• Keeping administrative tasks up to date weekly and ensuring timely follow-up on leads
• Serving as the energetic face of the hotel to acquire new business
