Job summary

Premier SUITES Antwerp is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, guest services, and staff supervision across a serviced apartment property. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, maintaining high standards, and delivering excellent guest experiences in a hospitality setting.

You will support the Cluster General Manager, develop teams, manage front office and accommodation operations, and contribute to forecasting, reporting, and revenue management.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in front office and accommodation management within hospitality.
• Proven leadership in a customer-focused, team-based environment.
• Knowledge of Belgian employment regulations and HR best practices.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong digital and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure standards are maintained across all areas.
• Lead guest services, staff supervision, and facility management.
• Support the Cluster General Manager to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to forecasting, financial reporting, and revenue management.
