Swatch Group Belgium SA seeks a Store Manager for its Brussels boutique. You will lead a luxury retail team, drive sales, manage client relations, and ensure boutique standards in operations, stock and reporting.

The role requires strategic clienteling and brand-aligned leadership in a high-end environment. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in luxury retail with 2+ years in management, strong business sense, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Provide clear leadership to the Boutique team and communicate objectives and procedures.
• Exceed boutique targets and develop clienteling strategies.
• Ensure boutique operations, VM, stock security, and reporting are in line with brand standards.
• Maintain staff attendance, rosters, OT approvals, and payroll-related documentation.
