Swatch Group’s Omega Boutique in Brussels is seeking a seasoned Boutique Manager to lead the team, drive luxury retail sales, and uphold brand standards across operations.

The role requires minimum 7 years in luxury retail with at least 2 years in management, strong clienteling, and English fluency. You will manage staff, schedules, stock, and reporting while delivering exceptional service and growing high-net-worth client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury retail.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong business acumen and clienteling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation in English.

Responsabilités

• Provide clear leadership to the Boutique team, communicating objectives and brand standards.
• Coach team members to achieve individual and collective goals via meetings and feedback.
• Oversee staff appearance and conduct to meet policies and standards.
• Exceed boutique targets according to brand strategy while ensuring compliance.
• Attract and convert prospects into boutique clients and manage client relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities using the CRM system for clienteling.
• Ensure boutique is well-maintained with displays per VM guidelines.
• Comply with Retail Manual procedures and safeguard stock integrity.
• Manage monthly duty roster, attendance, OT submissions, inventory counts, and reporting.
• Maintain records of attendance, leave, petty cash, and internal documents.
